The inside unit of our air-to-water heat pump has been installed last week. (No decent picture taken yet.) Just need to test the system one of these days.
Further on, it's waiting again until the next load of Cor-ten steel arrives to finish the outer wall covering.

Do you have more recent photos of the Corten wall? It would be interesting to see how the colour (thus so the rusting) evolves. Wonderfull project!
This is our story about building a vacation house - not the traditional wooden 'swiss chalet'-style weekend cabin - but a modern almost all glass and steel house, conceived as a bridge over a pond and located walking distance from the Goor-Asbroek nature reserve in a village called Westmeerbeek, hence Westlakebridge.
TIP: To get a chronological view on how the works proceed, start at the bottom of this page and select 'Older posts' or browse the blog archive starting all the way back in 2006. Enjoy.
This is a Flickr badge showing public photos from westlakebridge. Make your own badge here.
Bouwen met staal en glas. Deze foto-blog geeft weer hoe ons weekendverblijf stilaan vorm krijgt : een staalconstructie ingevuld met glas en opgevat als een brug over een natuurlijke vijver.
