... on the roof

After the rain

The driest summer in 27 years is over.

Had some 50mm of rain over the past 24h.

In between rainshowers, the sun broke through and created some pretty shadow bands.

Upstairs

Just had a marmoleum flooring done on the mezzanine.

Rockwool

With all that rockwool that was delivered last Friday, our cottage looks more like a distribution depot for insulation materials.

And some progress there is ...

The aluminium profiles were mounted against the steel frames on the roof.

Through the roof

We've been promised major progress for next week. Stay tuned.

The roof has been completed now with insulation, roofing and everything.

Steeldeck roof

Today the steeldeck roof was installed and the walls were finished.
